There was a time in my life that I kept God's Word in my heart to avoid hell. Especially during college days, there were things I really wanted to do and places I really wanted to go with my friends. But they were things to do and places to go that I had no business doing or going! I refrained, not because of a sense of righteousness ... rather for fear Jesus would return while I was in the wrong place doing the wrong things! These days (having matured just a bit), I keep the Word of God in my heart because I really do want to honor Him with my life. Good reminder, Janice. Thanks.
