And as Ms. Watson said, we DO need each other to lean on in these times.........these times that seem to come oftener and oftener. The devil is alive and well. But CHRIST overcame Him. If you do a little word study on those particular Greek words, you'll find he was discouraged! It is a part of the Christian living in this fallen world. What helps us survive is Godly wisdom / perspective and HOPE! I've not watched the news in a few years, but I do keep up via internet ... the more trustworthy news feeds. Thank you so much for your comments today. After hearing the news last night about a bill being signed I was so upset and sick of all the evil that seems to be taking over. Discouraged, yes, but not losing heart because this battle belongs to our God, this is a spiritual battle of good and evil and we have the assurance of the outcome in the WORD OF GOD. We need each other to lean on during these difficult times, it’s the only way we'll be able to endure this world around us. My thoughts went to Daniel and his faithfulness to God, he did not cave in but continued what he always did, he prayed. Let us be brave for just 5 more minutes and one more round. <strong> We just have to remember that God is in control, our faith is being tested daily and we are in a spiritual battle....just 5 more mintues. :)</strong> Hello my dear Sister.
